About the event
We will start around 2PM with a restorative yoga stretch session and movement. We will then go into playing the bowls on our body followed by a time of sound and meditation. Please bring any and all supplies such as blankets and pillows to make your session comfortable. The floor is cement and gravel so padding is recommended.
